FAQ

Is everything handmade?

Yes! Every single piece is handmade. That means we design, cut, sew, and finish each garment ourself, one by one. There’s no mass production nor factories.

This approach takes more time, but it allows us to focus on premium materials, and getting the details right.

Where are the clothes made?

Everything is made in-house, by hand, in a small studio in Riga, Latvia.

We’ve partnered with local providers from the Baltics to support small businesses and benefit from quality materials closer to home.

When will I get my order?

Since all pieces are either made to order or produced in small batches, We don’t offer fast or same-day shipping.

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how busy the studio is and what you’ve ordered. Some items from the limited collection may already be made and ready to ship sooner, but that will be noted on the product page.

We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and send tracking info once your order goes out. Check more info here

Can I return or exchange something?

Because everything is handmade in small quantities, We are not able to offer general returns or exchanges like a big store would.

That said, if something arrives damaged, or if there’s a major sizing issue, please reach out in the contact form above.

If you’re unsure about sizing before purchasing, check the info here or feel free to ask! We are happy to help you pick the right size or fit.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

It depends on the piece:

  • Items from the FOREVER collection may be restocked in small batches throughout the year, depending on fabric availability and studio capacity.
  • Items from the ONLY collection are usually one-of-a-kind or produced in very small runs (5–10 pieces max) and will not be restocked once they’re sold out.

If something you love is gone, let us know by sending us a message and we will try our best to bring it back!
How can I find out about new drops or restocks?

The best way to stay updated is by:

  • Following us on social media @cpslwear
  • Signing up for the CPSL Club (email newsletter)

That’s where we’ll announce new limited pieces, restocks and updates from the studio.

Since items aren’t always restocked, getting updates early is the best way to not miss out.
